Each painting zooms out from the one before it, revealing that what once seemed like an entire world is only a small piece of something much larger. The animals move around along the way—paintings take a long time, and apparently nobody wants to sit still that long.

Honey—the Ooey Gooey—flows through the journey, tempting nearly every creature it encounters and quietly connecting one scene to the next.

What begins beneath a mushroom continues to expand through the natural world, eventually reaching beyond it altogether—out into space, into an eye, and finally revealing Mr. Ooey Gooey, where the true scale of this strange little universe comes into focus.
